Our crew installed vinyl siding and tando vinyl stone, as well as PVC trim and PVC bead board.
The Tontine Apartments project in Brunswick, Maine involved interior and exterior framing, a two-story addition to the existing building, installation of windows, exterior dens glass, and exterior siding finishes.
The project in Portland, Maine involved development of a multi-unit condominium apartments. The construction included the installation of all rough framing (excluding finish work), windows, doors, roof decking, interior blocking, and stair framing.
This project presented significant challenges during its construction. The roofing system incorporated multiple layers of insulation to meet the demanding R-Value standards, in addition to our meticulous attention to the exterior walls. However, we are extremely pleased with the outcome of the “Robert’s Farm Classroom” project in Norway, ME, which has now reached completion, thanks to the expertise of our dedicated and skilled employees.
One story house in Minot ME which we framed, sheathed, and built interior partitions, kitchen blocking, interior stairs. Alexander Construction also framed the deck, roofed the house, and installed windows and house doors (not garage doors). Lastly, we are in the process of installing siding.
This was a project for Maine department of inland fisheries and wildlife in Gray, ME. It was rough carpentry of fish hatchery storage barn where we framed, sheathed, built stairs.
